- imaging, characterization (mechanical, electrical, optoelectronic properties), control of physical properties and manipulation (lithography and nano-movement) of nanomaterials (two-dimensional materials, thin films of functional materials, semiconductor nanocrystals and nanoparticles) using various scanning probe microscopy based methods, - design of new photonic structures for modulation and guiding of electromagnetic fields based on plasmonic structures, metamaterials and photonic crystals |
